Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. It is Infurm Technologies’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.infurm.com, and other sites we own and operate.

 

  • We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
  • We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.
  • What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
  • Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
  • You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Cancellations:

 

  • For Hosting:
    – All sales are final for any pre-paid hosting. You may cancel hosting not yet paid for.
  • Web Design/Programming:
    – Deposits are non-refundable but a refund for any work not yet preformed minus a ten percent overhead fee is available if notified by a phone call or in writing within five business days of the scheduled start of the work.
  • Search Engine Optimization:
    – All sales are final once the work is started and cannot be reversed or cancelled.

 

Payments:

 

  • Payments are expected in full upon release of services. Some clients may be eligible for NET-15 Billing. Please submit a request for credit form to our billing department for NET-15 and NET-30 accounts. Acceptance is not guaranteed and is based upon credit verification.
  • Accounts setup for automatic billing or auto-draft are subject to a $40.00 Fee for all return/rejected bank drafts and or Declined credit card payments.
  • Past Due invoices are immediately subject to a 1.5% Late Fee if not paid in full by the due date and a recurring 1.5% Late Fee for unpaid invoices each and every 30 day period thereafter.
  • Infurm Technologies LLC, reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for invoices unpaid beyond 30 days. A re-connection or restorer fee of $75.00 applies to accounts suspended or terminated for nonpayment. In the event that payment is not recieved beyond 60 Days, Infurm Technologies LLC, reserves the right to turnover the account to a collection agency.

 

Service Refunds:

 

  • The client will pay for any work done by Infurm Technologies LLC., up to the point at which the work or service has been cancelled. Though cancellation may be due to the level of satisfaction in a project, all sales are final and nonrefundable. To avoid cancellation per unsatisfaction, thorough task lists, descriptions, examples, etc, should be given to the provider at the beginning of the project. Infurm Technologies LLC., is not liable for the customer’s judgment on the provider’s style, standard, and/or work ethic and the customer will be solely responsible for the final decision to request a project from said provider. No refunds will be made for any work which has been completed.
  • In the event that a refund is granted by Infurm Technologies LLC., written notification from the customer must be received prior to any approval. Once approved, a request for refund will be submitted to our Accounting Department which remits refund payments on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. All refunds are issued by company check to the customer by standard first class US Postal Mail. Normal postal mail pickups occurs on the next business day. Customers will not be permitted to pickup payments in person and all refunds will ONLY be issued by company check including deposits made to an account by credit card.

 

General Terms for Design /Development:

All website design requires customer approval before the final payment is made on the account on projects where payments are split. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the product as is. Final payment for work constitutes final approval by client

In the event, the client discovers an error within 14 calendar days of site design, it is understood that:

  • Errors caused by the programming of the site/application may be re-programmed / optimized / addressed at the expense of Infurm Technologies LLC., and will be at the discretion of Infurm Technologies LLC. Errors caused by lack of complete or appropriate specifications by the client will be corrected at the customer’s expense.
  • Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected at the customer’s expense.
  • Disatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable.
  • Any changes to the originally approved specifications are billable at the client’s expense.

 

Warranty /Liability:

 

  • Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Infurm Technologies LLC., be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
  • Refunds for design/development already completed are not authorized. Registrar delays are not in the control of Infurm Technologies LLC., and are not deemed suitable for refunds.
